Just a quick message from me, Peter Hayward, here in Sweden. Kathy and I have been here nearly five years now, having emigrated to be near to our only daughter and our three grandchildren.

However, we haven't forgotten our friends in the UK, especially those connected with organ & keyboard music. With them in mind, I have been going through lots of old VHS tapes, and uploading a selection of concert clips onto my new music channel at YouTube - as a reminder of the 'live' music performances we used to enjoy in the 'good old days'.

Reaching down to the lower keyboard with your thumb, in order perhaps to play that extra fill-in : setting up sounds, and building up registrations as we played. It was a lot harder work than simply programming a disc, but so much more rewarding - and so visual, with lots to watch as the organist pulled out new drawbars, crossed hands over to reach for that new voice, and actually became part of the instrument that he or she was playing.

Anyway, I am just writing to let you know that my HaywardMusic channel is now up and running on YouTube, with more clips being added each week, including some new 'live' recordings and selected keyboard tuition tips and ideas.

I hope you enjoy some of my musical offerings, and will be very grateful if you can forward this information on to any friend or member who you feel might be interested in dropping onto my new site at www.youtube.com/HaywardMusic just to have a look. Thankyou.

From Sweden, I wish you - Happy Music !!

Kindest Regards, and with good memories of our life in the UK.

Peter

Subject: FW: The Organ Magazine - UK

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to tell you about 'The Organ' magazine, which many of you will already know of.

Six months ago, The Organ mag came under new ownership along with a new editor, Robert Matthew-Walker. In this very short space of time we have worked hard to improve both the quality and range of the content (it has also increased from 48 pages to 64 pages).

As a result, circulation has begun to rise noticeably month by month, with an increase of 20% already in those first six months!

If you do not already subscribe to The Organ, or have not seen a recent issue of The Organ, I would be very happy to send you a copy of our latest issue, in the hope that you might be interested in becoming a subscriber.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes,

Claire
